Murdock Talks Turns Two!

Last year I almost missed my blogiversary (That's a word - right?) but this year, I actually missed it.. Whoops! On April 24, Murdock Talks turned two! Studying for the last exams of my undergrad and working full time has got my life in a tail spin. However, I am happy to report that in 24 hours, my exams will be complete and I will be done my undergrad! Anywaaays, please prepare yourself for a super cheesy blog post, where I attempt to say how thankful I am for everything that has happened over the course of the past 368 days.

Last year I wrote that I never expected to be posting a year later, and I honestly can't believe that Murdock Talks has been going strong for two years now. I absolutely love having a place to share my thoughts online. Last year I also set a goal to be more open to sharing my blog with people - and I am proud to say that I accomplished that goal. I am no longer shy, but proud of my blog. I share it all over Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and basically shout it from the roof tops, well not actually.. but I am really proud of how far I have come. I am also overwhelmed by the amount of people I meet, who check out my blog, and tell me they love it - it really is the little things that matter the most.

I have now published 210 blog posts, hit 50,000 page views and am almost at 200 followers on Bloglovin! I have also had some amazing opportunities in the last year to work with great brands, meet some amazing people, go to events, run giveaways and even meet Pixiwoo (HERE)! Never in a million years did I think that my little space on the internet would actually become something. The beauty community really is something special, and I am so glad to be a part of it. Without all of you readers and followers, I would not have had the motivation to make Murdock Talks into the blog that it is today. I extremely happy with the blog that I have established, and I am excited to see what the future holds for me and my blogging journey!

Once again, thank you for taking the time to indulge in my little piece of pie that I have on this crazy thing that we call the internet, Murdock Talks would not be here without your support! x0.
