VICHY Aqualia Thermal Line | Cream & Serum

I can't believe we're over halfway through January! Time is just flying by and there are just not enough hours in a day. The past two weeks have been a whirlwind of activity for me - I went to New York City (blog post coming soon!), applied for a new job, had a few interviews, and have been trying to keep up with school! Anyways, I always feel guilty when I abandon my blog, so here I am writing a review as I get my hair blown out for my graduation pictures this afternoon (I also can't believe that I am graduating....)!

For the past few weeks this artic air has been soaking every ounce of moisture out of my skin, and anything that is left exposed when I walk outside is instantly dry. I have been loving VICHY's Aqualia Thermal Line to keep my face hydrated, so I don't have any pesky dry spots for my foundation to cling to. I have been using the new Light Cream*, Rich Care Cream* and Serum* for the past 8 weeks and my skin is obsessed!

Recently, VICHY made a discovery that hydration is the 1st step to beautiful skin. Enter: Aqualia Thermal Line - This line was created to hydrate your skin to keep your skin looking fresh! The skin on our face is made up of 70% water, so it is important that it does not get dehydrated. This line combines unfragmented Hyaluronic Acid, Aquabioryl, and λ-Carrageenans to attract water and hold it in the skin.
  • Hyaluronic Acid is able to hold 1000 times its weight in water, making it the best water absorber available for the skin.
  • Aquabioryl  is a sugar that is obtained through a biotechnological process  from plant-based substrates. It creates a highly moisturising film on the surface of the skin that reinforces the protection of the cutaneous barrier against dehydration.
  • λ-Carrageenans restore the barrier function, which can maintain moisture and smooth the surface of the skin.

Overall, I really love the Aquelia Thermal Line! I use the serum and moisturiser (Light Cream or Rich Cream - depending on how dry my skin is that day) daily, and my skin is defiantly plumped and more radiant! All 3 products are tested on sensitive skin under dermatological control, are Paraben free, Hypoallergenic and contain the highest concentration of Vichy Thermal Spa Water! If you have dry skin, or your skin is looking dull due to these cold winter months, I highly recommend this line!
