OPI Go Exotic Mini Collection

My grandma recently got back from a trip around the world, (literally - she was gone 63 days) and brought me back some goodies! Since she knows me so well, she knew that she could not go wrong with nail polish, so she bought me the OPI Go Exotic Mini Collection Travel Exclusive . This collection was released in April 2014, and can only be purchased at select Duty Free stores in Europe (or online from Duty Free HERE)! The colours to the set are not unique, and can be found in full size bottles where OPI polish is sold. The kit contains 6 mini polishes (from left to right in image down below)Need Sunglasses? (bright canary yellow), Samoan Sand (nude), Hawaiian Orchid (pale pink with blue and purple shimmer), Hot and Spicy (bright orange coral), Koala Berry (fuchsia pink), The Thrill of Brazil (classic red).

The shades Need Sunglasses? and Samoan Sand both have pretty thin formulas and will require three coats for full opacity. For the pictures below, I only used 2 coats, but 3 would have been ideal. Hawaiian Orchid has a slightly better formula, but is on the more sheer side.

Hot and Spicy, Koala Berry and The Thrill of Brazil have exceptional formulas. The formula of these three polishes is what you would expect from OPI. They really are great - so great, that if you were in a rush, one coat would definitely suffice!

Overall, I think the set is perfect for summer. However, if you already have similar shades, I would pass on this collection, as there are quite a few dupes out there, and the colours aren't anything special. I think Hot and Spicy is my favourite, and totally screams summer. What is your go to polish for the summer months?
