Every beauty blogger and their sister knows about Bioderma. It has been dubbed a holy grail product by so many bloggers, and I have been forever wanting to try it. I have tried hunting it down in Canada for the past 18 months now and I finally have it in my possession!

The other day I walked into Shopper's Drug Mart and I was faced with a huge Bioderma display. I literally shrieked out of joy, but concluded that the $28.00 price tag was not in my current budget because as the school year winds down, so does my bank account. I proceeded to pick up the necessities, leave the store and go grocery shopping, without Bioderma. That little bit of self control didn't last long, because the whole time I was shopping the word "Bioderma" was whirling around in my head (I swear I talked to my boyfriend about it the whole time we were shopping, bless his heart, aha). I could not leave the plaza without it, so I literally ran back to Shopper's to pick up this gem.

Now, if you have been living under a rock and are not sure what Bioderma is, it is a micelle solution that cleanses and removes make-up. I have been using it for the past week and I am SO in love with it. All the hype is totally worth it. I picked up the one for sensitive skin and it works wonders. It takes all my make-up off with on swipe of the cotton round, and it leaves my skin feeling so lovely!

I have never seen this version of their packaging before, but it comes with a super practical pump! All you have to do is flip the lid back, place your cotton round on the top, and press down.

I have not used a make-up wipe since purchasing this baby, and I can't see myself using anything else to remove make-up anytime soon! Have any of you tried the oily skin formula? I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on it!

ps. A Bath & Body Work's Candle jar makes for great container to store cotton rounds in!

  1. I need a new make-up remover because I keep using wipes and I want something better. I might have to try this out, the only thing that scares me if the price tag. I have searched the internet and have read really good reviews as well as this blog post, so I might just have to give it a try.

    1. it is honestly life changing, i highly recommend it! i also recommend mac's cleanse off oil & lancome's eye makeup remover! :)
