January 2014 Favourites

I seriously can't believe that it is February 1st today! Where did January go?! This past month has seriously flown by... Anyways, I have been loving quite a few different things this past month so I thought I would write a quick post and share my monthly favourites!

Philosophy Purity One-Step Facial Cleanser - I technically only purchased this halfway through the month, but I received a small sample of it from Sephora on boxing day, and I fell in love. This cleanser is amazing, and it works perfectly with my Clarisonic!

Ole Henriksen African Red Tea Cleanser - Again, I only purchased this halfway through the month, but I fell in love within the first couple days of using it. I wrote a full blog post on it a couple of days ago, so if you are interested you can check that out by clicking HERE.

Beauty Blender - My sister gave me the Beauty Blender for Christmas and I cannot get over how flawlessly it applies my foundation. I have not used any of my Sigma or Real Techniques face brushes since Boxing Day!

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette - I also received the Urban Decay Naked Basic's Palette for Christmas and I have been using it on a daily basis to create a super easy and neutral eye look! I have been wearing Walk Of Shame all over the lid, Naked 2 as a transition shade, Faint in my crease, and Venus as a highlight!

NYX Mega Shine Lipgloss in Candy Shop - I rediscovered this lip gloss in my collection this month and I have been wearing it almost every day over top of Rimmel's Kate Moss Lipstick #08 (Swatches HERE).

Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet+ - This foundation has become my new favourite/holy grail foundation. I purchased it back at the end of November, and it is so amazing. This foundation is a miracle for people with oily skin (like myself), it's long lasting and leaves me looking matte all day long!

Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara & Art Liner - These two products were both new discoveries this month, and I love them both so much! I wrote a full review on the mascara (HERE) and a review on the eyeliner is to come! I have re-fallen in love with winged eyeliner, and this eyeliner makes it so simple and precise!

Rimmel Lasting Finnish Lipstick by Kate Moss #08 - This lipstick has become a staple in my daily makeup routine! It is the perfect "my lips but better" nude shade. It is super creamy, and not drying on my lips, so it's been great through this "polar vortex" that Southern Ontario has been going through.

Ole Henriksen Truth to Go Wipes - Again, I ordered these wipes halfway through the month, and I seriously prayed that I wouldn't fall in love with them... But here they are in my monthly favourites post! They really are amazing - they smell great, they take off all traces of makeup, the skin benefits are endless and they are such a treat for my skin! The only problem is the $20.00 price tag for 30 wipes... #SorryBankAccount!

What have you been loving this past month?
