Ipsy Glam Bag - February 2014

I recieved my Ipsy bag this afternoon & within minutes of opening the fuchsia pink package I was photographing my new products so I could get this post up and share this months glam bag with you all!

If you are not sure what Ipsy is, it is a beauty subscription service. Each month you receive a mini makeup bag with deluxe samples, and full size beauty products!

Each bag costs $10.00 - which is an AMAZING deal. If you are interested in signing up, feel free to sign up through my referral LINK! (Thanks, xo!)

This month's theme was "The Look of Love" -  Which is perfect for Valentine's Day. The makeup bag this month is also super cute! It's bright pink, with a white zipper and a pink cheetah print lining!

The first item I received was Zoya's Nail Polish in "Dot". Dot is classified as a "full coverage pink petal cream." I have never tried a Zoya polish before, which is crazy, because I am a total nail polish lover, but I am super excited to try it out! I will be posting a few Valentines Day Nail Art Tutorials later on this week! You can pick up this polish online from Zoya's website for $9.00 (HERE).

The second product that I received was a mini size of POP Beauty's Plump Pout in the shade "Peony Petal." It is a highly pigmented Rosey Pink gloss, that looks super pretty on the lips. I also found that formula wasn't super sticky, and it lasted through my afternoon snack! The Plump Pout's are currently sold out on POP Beauty's website, but I assume this mini sized would retail for around $10.00 Canadian (HERE).

Next, I received City Color's Be Matte Blush in the shade "Melon Fresh" - a super pretty orangey coral! The formulation is very smooth, but it has a very sheer, but buildable pigmentation.I have never even hear of City Color Cosmetics before, so I am exicted to give this a try. I wasn't too impressed with the packaging, as it feels cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for! They retail online for $3.00 (HERE).

I also received 'Tini Beauty's Cordial Cream Shadow + Base In One in the shade "Ambrosia" - a sparkly taupe with mauve undertones. I wasn't too excited when I initially saw it, but I was totally blown away when I swatched it. The formulation is super creamy, blendable, and SO pigmented! This retails online for $18.00 (HERE).

Lastly, I received IPKN New York's Moist & Firm BB Cream in the shade light. I haven't even swatched it because it was frozen from being shipped, and I couldn't squeeze any out! I really hope that the actual product wasn't affected by the cold! The full size version of the BB cream (40ml) retails for $38.00 (HERE).

Here are the swatches from the products that I received! From Left to Right: City Color Be Matte Blush in Melon Fresh, 'Tini Beauty's Cordial Cream Shadow + Base In One in Ambrosia, and POP Beauty's Plump Pout in Peony Petal!

The total value of the bag that I received is more than $55.00 which is an amazing deal, considering I only pay $16.00 after shipping.. (#CanadianProblems).

Have you tried any of these products before? Let me know what you think!
