Sephora Haul!

Last Friday I decided to do a little bit of online shopping at Sephora. I swear my computer needs to start blocking me from putting my credit card number on any web page from now on, because I tend to get a little carried away and do a little bit more damage than originally intended. I always talk myself into spending over $75 (which is easy to do at Sephora) so I don't have to pay for international shipping (#CanadianProblems). I tell myself that it's better to spend $15.00 on products than spend $15.00 on shipping.. that's logical.. right?!

Anyways, my order arrived at my doorstep this afternoon, so I thought I would show you what happened to land in my shopping basket last week!

Philosophy's Purity Made Simple One-Step Facial Cleanser (HERE) - I have been trying out a sample size of this over the past few weeks with my Clarisonic and I really like it, so I decided to pick up a full size version! It's a super gentle cleanser, and I'll be back with a review of it and my clarisonic in the next few weeks or so!

Clinique for Men Face Scrub (HERE) - I have been after my boyfriend Collin to exfoliate and moisturize his face for the past year or so, haha so I gave him a deluxe sample of this for Christmas and I told him that if he liked it, that I would order the full size version of it for him! He has almost used up the sample size and it works well for him, his skin has definately improved.. Now I just need to get him to moisturize and he'll be set!

Ole Henriksen Clean Sweep Duo - This set is permanently sold out, so unfortunately none of you will be able to pick up this awesome duo. It included Ole Henriksen's Truth to Go Wipes (HERE) and the African Red Tea Foaming Cleanser (HERE). The duo was a $22.00 value and it was on sale for $12.50! I have wanted to try the Truth to Go Face Wipes for ages, but $19.00 for a package of 30 wipes is a little steep for my student bank account, so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to try them out! I'm kinda praying that I don't fall in love with them, but I have a feeling that I will...

** Beauty Insiders also get double the points on any skincare products until Monday (January 20) so if your looking to buy some new skincare items now would be the time to do so!

Hypnose Drama Mascara Set (HERE) - This set is clearly left over stock from Christmas, and it was just such a good deal that I couldn't turn it down. I have recently heard quite a few good things about Lancome's Art Liner and the price of the eyeliner was the same as the entire set ($37.00), so I basically got a free mascara and makeup remover out of it!

Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector Deluxe Sample Duo (HERE) - I received two samples of this for free with the promo code "BETTERDUO" - The full sized version of this product is $63.00 for 1.0oz and these two samples are 0.24oz each, so the value of them is close to $31.00! I don't have a huge problem with dark spots, but I will definitely try them out and use them up!

Check back for some reviews on these products in the near future! Have you tried out any of them? Let me know what you think!

  1. I love the wipes from Ole Henriksen and they smell so good. I got a sample of that foaming face wash but because its a foam the sample didn't stay in tact so I couldn't use it - would love to know your thoughts on on it.

    1. I've been using the wipes since I got them and I love them already... too bad they are SO expensive! & I've used the cleanser everyday since getting it, so far I really like it - it smells super citrusy like the wipes, and it's really gentle :)
