Homemade Waffles

Waffles are one of my all time favourite foods, specifically homemade waffles! I make these waaaaaay too often, but I just can't get enough. They are super quick to make, they taste delicious, and they are perfect for any time of the day! (Waffles for Breakfast or Dessert anyone? or maybe a Midnight snack? I'm totally guilty of that, hehe!)

  • 1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla (Optional)
This recipe makes 5 large waffles, so I usually half the recipe and only use 1 egg to make 2 waffles for my boyfriend and I! I also add chocolate chips if I'm making these for dessert or a late night snack!

  • Preheat your waffle iron - I received this Calphalon waffle maker as a gift a few years ago and it works AMAZING-ly! It's still available online, so if you're interested click HERE.

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, followed by the remaining wet ingredients.
  • Grease both surfaces of your waffle iron - I use Pam.
  • Pour batter into your hot waffle iron.
  • Cook until ready!

Let me know if you try out this recipe! Enjoy!
