Hello Sony Alpha 65!

Last week I shared some of the last pictures that I ever took on my beloved Sony Alpha 55 before it decided to die on me (feel free to check that post out, HERE). So now I have some some new and exciting news! I replaced my old camera with a new and slightly better one, so now this post is going to be the official welcome of a Sony Alpha 65 into my life!

After a lot of thought, I chose the Alpha 65, and decided to stay within the Sony brand because it's what I know, and my lenses would still be compatible. I also did not have $1500 to spend on a brand new camera, because my old camera crapping out on me was not a part of any plan anytime soon, and I am a poor student.

Anyways, I picked this baby up on Friday and I could not be more excited! This camera is slight upgarde to the Sony Alpha 55, and I am totally loving it. It wasn't in my possession for 30 minutes, and I was already outside in my backyard playing around! If you haven't figured it out yet from my previous posts, then I love macro shots of nature - so I thought I would share some of my favourite first shots!

I'm not going to tell you all the specs of the camera, but if you are interested in that kind of thing, you can have a look at them on the Sony website, HERE. And if you have any questions, feel free to ask me in the comments section! I am loving my new camera, and couldn't be happier with my decision.
